As a public library, approximately 80% of our annual operating budget comes from funding collected through a taxing district based on the assessed property value in Teton County. To provide all of the services our community needs, and to ensure that everyone feels that they belong at the library, VTL relies on the generous support of private individuals, businesses, and foundations to fund the remainder of our annual operating expenses. We are grateful to have the support of Valley of the Tetons Library Foundation and Friends. This group is dedicated to enriching the resources and facilities of VTL by partnering with the Board of Trustees and VTL staff to support the branches, programs, and people who serve our community. Your donations through the Foundation are an investment in our valley’s future.
